Gelish is my forever! ?
I have chronic neck pain and most nail salon chairs are a miserable battle. I am extremely picky on sanitation as well as quality. A friend insisted Gelish is a step above the rest-she is right! The moment I sat in the chair, my nerves began to settle. I was offered gentle assistance and a pillow if needed, without overwhelming suffocation like other salons. I had some of my own adjusting to do, which I always prefer, but with their help it was just right.

I felt catered to!

Nancy is my gal from the start. Gentle yet effective; she senses my tense posture and always checks on me, massaging a little extra where needed. The techniques! All of the ladies here are respectful, kind, and just a joy to be around. I highly recommend Gelish (and Nancy!)

Love love love coming here. Every single employee does an amazing job. They're super friendly and make sure to get everything to your liking. I don't have to work with a particular person, every single person does a great job! Can't recommend them enough.

Everyone at this salon is great! Moon is my regular artist and she is kind and offers great options to make your manicure stand out. She is the best nail artist I have ever been to, and I always make it out to see her because I know I’ll be in good hands. Everyone at the shop is very kind and delivers great quality service.

Okay so I absolutely have to gush! I love love love this salon? I went one time a few years ago with my sister and was blown away. I moved to the south side of Phoenix and tried to find something over there. I went to a really "high end" nail bar I thought would be good. Came out having paid $75 for something that was awful and I needed a fill before I even left.

*BUT!!!
Gelish nails saved the Day ? 1000% ! The man that works there that did my nails was not only an amazing nail tech and did my nails exactly like I wanted them to be done . He was also very friendly and personable. He fixed the atrocity that I had before and made them absolutely gorgeous. I will be coming back every 2 weeks for a fill. I am blown away by the service here and will be a forever customer.

YIKES! Summary of this story if you don't want to read the while thing. Horrible service and horrid quality of polish. DON'T WASTE YOU'RE TIME!!!

When I walked in on Monday 01/27/2020 there were two people sitting waiting to get their nails fixed because they were chipped or they weren't dried properly before she left the first time. I should have walked out then but I decided to give them a chance anyway. All I had done was a gal manicure. Simple. Easy. Could have done it myself but it was my birthday and I decided to treat myself.

She didn't make sure they were even in length but then some of the nails aren't straight. They are jagged... fast forward to today 01/29/2020 I was sitting at work and looked down at my nails because someone commented on the color and there is a chip on my right pinky nail. Go after work to have them fix it and this is how it turned out.

I understand they have to go slightly away from the cuticle but that is very far away. That's a job where I'll have to go back in a week to have them redone because it looks 4 weeks grown out. Not only that he didn't even clean up the sides.

He didn't apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back because of the horrible quality of gel polish and when I left he said your all good as if he was doing me a favor by not making me pay for having it fixed.

I WILL NOT ever come back here and I suggest you don't either! They got lucky with location and it's a busy area. That is the only reason they are still in business!!!

If you want to get good quality nails go to ELITE NAILS on Val Vista and Elliot. It's only a couple miles away.

The ladies here all do awesome but my favorite are lee and moon, these girls are so fun and always do a great job.
