FL Nails

Cindy was my technician, she was absolutely lovely! Very nice, knowledgeable and interactive. The salon is very clean and updated!! It has a nice pleasant atmosphere. And they don’t keep the door open like many other places! There was no strong chemical smells either, which I appreciated very much! This is my new “ regular” place now. I’ve been to many Nail places. This one stands out as a very inviting experience. I would recommend to anyone ?

Kim did an amazing job!! I work for Hair Cuttery and was traveling this area when a coworker said "Go nextdoor, they're great!" Called and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for my gel fill! This nail salon is clean, the service is prompt, and my nails look amazing(see photos). As a salon professional myself I don't always loooove sitting in the nail salon after a long day of work in my own salon... Kim was efficient and on point! Thank goodness, I'll be back for sure! ?

This was my first time coming to FL Nails. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and I truly enjoyed myself. Im feeling so much better and relaxed.

I don't know her name. I went in for a pedicure. She used a polish removing grinding tool . I didn't have gel polish on. She cut down part of my nail towards the cuticle and ground it down so much it cracked my nail and made it bleed. She then proceeded to nip the edge of my pinky toe. I went there several years ago and had a bad experience. I decided to give it a try again hoping for a better experience. Nope big mistake. The total pedicure took less than 35 minutes. She also took the polish off my big toe 3 times because she was in such a hurry she kept screwing it up. Never again. The worst pedicure I've ever had!

Hannah is the best at what she does!!! Takes great care with me! Love her!!

I was visiting my boyfriend from out of state. His sisters both go to this nail salon. I stayed longer than expected, and my acrylic nails were in a major need of a freshen up. I scheduled a next day appointment with Nancy. She does nails for both of his sisters. I went in and got a new set of acrylics and had some design added in. Nancy was wonderful. She's super sweet and did a great job on my nails. I'm back in town and just in time to go see her again for another set! Can't wait!

Buyer Beware. Asked for regular manicure. Once completed they tried to charge additional fees. Asked for itemized receipt and they started scrambling and could not provide me with one. In the end they charged me what they had promised. Very shady and very rude. At least in my experience. 1 Day later and my nails looks absolutely horrible. Idk if they are using old or cheap products but I went with friends and they are having the same issues. Will ask for refund.
