Vi and her husband are absolutely delightful! I got my engagement set done with Elite Nails and I’m so happy I found them! Their spot is very calming; they purposefully try not to have multiple clients at once for a more relaxing and less hectic feel. This is unique when compared to other salons. I’m in obsessed and will only be coming here from now on. Vi was also very amazing to work with, listening to every little detail. Originally, I went in and got a design done. I then decided in the next day or so that I wanted to opt for a more sparkly look for my engagement photos. She immediately worked with me and fix me into her busy schedule, catering to me and my time. 10/10 recommend!

Drove down for a getaway…. I’d like to say I was a 1st timer and I see why they have the best & highest reviews VI is ? …Hands down the best nail service I received very informative…. Sweet intimate setting welcoming and did exactly what the picture concept look like I said I think I just may drive down once a month for my new nail tech and that’s almost 5 hrs away from home yes I’m serious and yes she’s worth it. Great service!

I went to vi to get my bridal nails done. She did an amazing job. I don’t live in Galveston. But she meticulously chose what product to use on my nails so they would last though all that I put them through. She said through trial and error she will see what products work best for me but based on the information I gave her we chose correct I believe. And if we did, they should stay on a month. If so, I’m making a trip to come to Galveston once a month to see her for my nails. So many colors of powders and polish. So many options! She and her husband are so kind and they were so helpful. We had a great time and she made me very comfortable. I’m going back to her!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Elite Nails in Galveston, TX

My friend and I recently visited Elite Nails in Galveston, TX, hoping for a relaxing and quality manicure experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Despite paying $85 each, the finished look of our manicures did not meet our expectations. Additionally, we did not receive the correct amount of change, which further added to our disappointment.

After expressing our concerns to Vi, she offered to start over and completely re-do both sets. However, despite our efforts to schedule a time for this redo, Vi has not answered or returned our calls. At this point, the only resolution we see is to request a refund. Overall, our experience at Elite Nails has been frustrating, and we do not feel that the services provided justify the high price we paid.
