Came here for the first time because of the great reviews and location. Upon entering, the place was clean, comfortable, and the owner was welcoming. I had My as my nail tech and she was sweet, gentle, yet meticulous. I showed her the inspiration picture (right) and she nailed it! I will definitely be returning for my next set.

Love the caramel cat eye nails I got at Element! Very cute and cozy for fall! Annie and her team are lovely. Every time I go in they have a positive attitude and take care to help me get the look I’m going for.

I switched from my regular nail salon to Element’s permanently awhile back. The artists are always smiling and friendly.. I feel welcomed here. My nail technician today was Anna! She did an incredible job and showed me some really pretty polish and designs I’d never tried before. I recommend Element, and nail artist Anna, if you stop by 🙂

They do well on nails, but be warned, it is expensive to get your nails done here. Also, I asked for a quote for my inspiration design, but they did not give me one until I was exiting and checking out. My nail specialist told me "not to come here if you are asking about cost" and "to go somewhere else." I deserve to know how much it will cost before the service. Do not expect them to converse with you. This will be my last time coming here because the customer service is lacking, and there is no transparency about service costs.

I have been coming here for four years since they first opened. This is my favorite place (I drive from Tempe past many other salons) it’s always clean, detail oriented, five star service.
My, Q, Ruby, Anna all deliver the best results just to name a few. Treat yourself and come here at least once a month or twice if you have the time!! Great nails don’t happen by accident it truly is an art.

Very expensive for what I received. $138 for a gel x set with French tip and white chrome powder. With no manicure. She cut my natural nails all the way back so unfortunately you can see through the tip. I don’t love them and especially not for how expensive it was.

The staff is very friendly and open to your ideas, they help you to select the colors and come together with a design idea. My pedicure was relaxing and they really worked on my ingrown toenail, not like in other places where they just do something quick and have you leaving the door as soon as possible. Super, super recommend!
