My friend took her rings off to wash her hands at the bowl, and her jewelry was stolen by the woman who performed her manicure. Once she noticed and returned to ask about her ring, cameras were viewed and the nail tech became irate. 30-40 minutes of reviewing cameras where you can clearly see that the nail tech slid something into her hand, all of sudden the ring appears! Integrity is key and clearly they have known! Be careful and do not patronize this establishment unless you leave your jewelry at home! Also there was feces on the outside of the bathroom door!

First time coming here and I love it… This place is amazing!!! I had wonderful service here. I came in wanting difficult colors on my nails and they made it happen! They were very attentive and made sure I was happy with their service the whole time. I met the owner Helen who was very welcoming, I’m glad I came here and I will be back! You get what you pay for!

Front desk lady always try to charge you more so be careful about what service you got.
Also I got gel, and it was broken within 2 hours. The edges weren’t sealed right and 7/10 nails look terrible in two days. I paid 55$.

I’m super disappointed because I have gone to this salon for four years and always received excellent service from Henry (full set dip/shellac) for manicures and Mai for pedicure. Both Henry and Mai are just excellent. Unfortunately, when I went in last week, Henry was off and the salon gave me a very inexperienced tech for my manicure who cut me four different times and now a week later one of the tops of my nail is detaching. This was one of the fingers she cut. The salon did offer me a ten percent discount which I accepted but one of my fingers continued to bleed off and on through the weekend. And today the nail on another one is detaching. I contacted the salon to request a refund for the manicure or a credit toward a full set for next time but the salon refused. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card. It’s unfortunate that they do not value customer relationships. I love both Henry and Mai a lot. But the management at Dream Nail Spa is appalling. Thank you.

Tôi vô cùng thất vọng vì tôi đã đến thẩm mỹ viện này trong bốn năm và luôn nhận được dịch vụ tuyệt vời từ Henry (bộ nhúng/shellac đầy đủ) để làm móng tay và Mai cho móng chân. Cả Henry và Mai đều xuất sắc. Thật không may, khi tôi đi vào tuần trước, Henry đã nghỉ và thẩm mỹ viện đã cho tôi một công nghệ rất thiếu kinh nghiệm để làm móng tay của tôi, người đã cắt cho tôi bốn lần khác nhau và bây giờ một tuần sau, một trong những đỉnh móng tay của tôi bị bong ra. Worst experience getting Gel x. Technician (Coco) raves about working in Vegas, but can’t draw a simple heart as a design. All nails were a different length with glue all over my cuticles. When I complained, the owner (Hellen) started screaming and calling me toxic, locked the door and won’t let me leave until “I apologized”. I had my 2 year old daughter who naturally got frustrated of waiting over 1hr 30mins for a simple nail design and the front lady pushed me to get the door locked. There were 2 customers waiting outside and knocking. In front of all the customers, she made such a scene. I still had to pay $65 even though I shouldn’t have paid at all. Do not recommend anyone going there and if I could give a 0 or minus rating I would! You would think I committed a crime with the way they were acting. Such a disgusting place!

The place is clean and pretty. The staff were friendly. My pedicure was great. The polish on my toes came out as I expected. The nails were not as good as they could've been. The dip powder base was great with good shape. But the polish on top was a little bit off.

The owner Hellen Dong is a thief. Get a receipt before leaving and check your bank statement immediately! She offered me a complete pedicure for a bloody toe. I went in today. She assisted the same tech. She instructed the tech to charge $8 more for callous removal. That is a provided service within a pedicure. After service she charged me with up charge. She offered a 20% discount NOT the complimentary as stated. She charged me $30. She charged my card $41.20. I did not get a receipt. When I went back she so tired the fee to cover her. She lied, she stole. I do NOT recommend this place. She is dirty. She has unethical business practice. She is a thief.
