Had the worst manicure. The technician apologized said it was the “new” nail file buffer block. That was only part of the issue. I told her she was cutting me and she continued. Left horizontal ridges in my nails and shredded my cuticles. It may have been a new buffer block but that girl was heavy handed and was not interested in my well-being. I’m sure there are lots of satisfied customer and many not satisfied just saying buyer be ware. There are lots of nail spas out there to consider. I’ll be checking those option out.

Was visiting family for the holidays and stopped in to get a dip manicure. Within two days of getting the manicure, the dip had completely popped off of two of my nails. I came back in and they fixed the two nails. Two days later four more totally popped off. The manicure didn’t even last a week. Every other dip manicures I get last at least 2 1/2 weeks. Terrible quality service.

I do feel bad saying this because this nail salon has been around for 10 years, and I came here when I was younger. My experience today was not great, not even good. As a professional in the industry, I do expect highly of the same field I work in. My pedicure was first. The young man that worked on me was as sweet as could be but very under trained and not ready to be put on the floor. He should have a lot more
Experience before giving someone a service. Like I said, very nice but not ready or properly trained. Next was my nails. I did the dip. The owner did them. Very nice as well. The dip cost $35. With that price, I expect a nice manicure before hand and well done job on the painting. This was not the case. My outside cuticles were not removed, the painting was quick and insufficient and not solid. It should of been one or two more coats. He did not go back around my nails to remove access color on my skin. My hands were dry when he told me I was done, I had to ask for lotion. I felt very rushed and unsatisfied. I really look forward to this time to relax and wish I had a better experience as I was there for almost 4 hours and it was my day off. When I was about to leave I noticed my toe nail polish was coming off in clumps. They told me I should be more careful. I told them the polish they used was bad and they should throw it away. They took off my polish and did another color completely different. I am not one to leave a review, in fact I think I’ve done it twice in my life. However, this place is under staffed and needs more training on how to run a business. It was not clean. My water was barely warm when I put my feet in. I will not be returning.

My mother and I got our nails done and let me tell you, nicest staff ever and so patient. My mother has a diabetic episode during her nails and they were so patient with her. She couldn't understand anything and was a little mean bc her sugar was so low. They were so nice and understanding of the situation. Charlie is one of the best owners ever and we love you man. Place is the best!!!

It’s been a week since I visited this nail salon. My nails still look fantastic. They were quick and efficient! I went to the place across the street at Seminole city center and they were “too busy” wanted me to wait 30 mins, so I decided to try somewhere else, I will come here from now on. They appeared to be just as busy, but made time for me and made me feel welcome. Great service, great product! The pic I have posted is my nails today.... 7 days later, with just a gel manicure. I got a pedicure too which is still in great shape but at 9 months pregnant, I won’t be taking a pic of my sausage toes ?

It was my first time going (my normal nail place was on vacation and closed) they did a beautiful job on the shape and polish (gel) but one of my cuticles was cut incorrectly/too short. It was uncomfortable while I was there but I didn’t say anything and following the next few days it just got worse. It’s now infected and extremely sensitive to the touch. I’m still debating on if I will return or not.

EDIT: I did return however 2 hours after having my nails done (gel) several are peeling off? I won’t be going back again.

Highly disappointed I recommended my girlfriend to get her nails. She was so disappointed her toes looked like a 5 year old colored her nails. Her hands still had nail polish on the sides. Appreciate the fact that she went to pay with American Express come to find out they don't take that credit card. She left her drivers license and I went a few days later paid in cash and was given my girlfriends license back. Won't be going back.
