I have never left a bad review- but I am so sad and disappointed. I went in to Creative Nails for a fill. My acrylics before walking in were beautiful, but had two weeks of grow-out. I left with bumpy, uneven, messy nails. Every nail is bumpy, with especially big lumps on my thumbs. They were filed again after polish, leaving scuffs and digs in the top coat. On one of my nails, the acrylic isn't even covering the nail anymore! I didn't get a good look until I got into the car and I was shocked.
The girls were very sweet and nice to talk to- this might be a situation of a new tech needing more practice. However, it's really disappointing that the service is not better when you're paying for a professional.

This was a terrible experience. And very disturbing vibe. Strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. This was a basic natural nails, manicure and pedicure. It’s the easiest thing you can do. The service provider barely spoke only motioned for me to do things. My nails were all shaped differently. She actually hurt me when massaging my hand. It was a dirty experience even the technician had dirt and dust all over her shirt. There has to be some fraudulent reviews posted here. There is no way this place gets that high rating. Absolutely no way.

Randomly tried this nail salon based on reviews and we are glad we did! I got a mani/pedi by Kenny and he did an excellent job start to finish. Took extra care while painting which I always appreciate. My daughter got a detailed design on acrylics with Sophia and she delivered. Two happy new customers. ?

Everyone at Creative Nails and Spa is so friendly, so accommodating and so talented. Sophie is one of the best nail technicians I have found that can do a thin seamless hard gel manicure and she is so fast! Nothing I appreciate more than a job well done, in a great time frame, and at a great price point. Creative Nails and Spa will always be my first choice!

This was my first time here today, and Sophia did my full set of acriclic. She was nice and gentle. She paid lots of attention and did it very nicely! I love my nails and I'm happy I chose them. Also I had a cut on my finger already and she was very nice to get me some disinfectant and band aid without me asking for it!!! And she gave me a nice little massage as well. Thanks Sophia I will be back in 4 weeks ?
Well next week: i went in for a fill - asked for regular nail polish not gel, cause im against gel and cancers it may cause, so Sophia did a very quick job looked like she is in rush to go home!! All layers were messed up and cracked second day! She wanted to put the nail polish on and it was old and sticky so i said i will go home and do it myself! She didnt charge me for the service however I tipped her but this does not make it a reason to mess a job all in all! Find another nail polish and finish your job lady! Plus nail and material are already seperate! I asked for it to be fixed!! Im not gonna come back cause i am not happy with your service! I was the first time cause i thought it will last but i didnt! Not a happy Customer anymore!
Also; if you make appt at 5 on Saterday then be ready to take your time otherwise don't make the appt at first place!

Ask for Jimmy and Tony.
This establishment is very friendly and really good at nails. I got a mani pedi. Nail techs cut short and took their time with the massages. Champagne was a nice touch too. Felt great to relax. The owners husband was very inviting and polite. Definitely look forward to coming back again!

I’m am from the east coast, visiting. Amazing customer service! Very meticulous about the quality of work. Best pedicure I’ve had in a while hands down. Included hot stones. Offered a beverage. Clean as well, tools are mostly individualized. If you are in town come here.
