Stopped by for a refill, soak off and full set and it met all of our expectations. First time here and ALL the employees were so kind and generous. Complementary drinks, 5% off if you pay with cash, easy soak off and lastly beautiful nails! Will definitely be back again!!!!

Very fast service and my nails came out very beautiful. This was my first time here and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and the work of my artist. My artist was Chau and she was amazing!

My recent visit to Cloud9 was extremely disappointing. I’ve given this salon a try 3 times, leaving unsatisfied each and every time. Not only was the work messy, but the communication barrier made it difficult to convey my preferences. The shellac on my toes was left in a messy state, and the overall quality of the pedicure was subpar. I didn’t even finish the pedicure. The language barrier also hindered any attempts to rectify the situation. Even when I asked for translation, it did not help and the workers looked at me as if I was crazy. When the manager finally came, she took a look and began redoing the polish. She was polite, however, she cut me badly and I left in pain. This was not a relaxing moment for self-care. More like a nightmare. The total cost was $63. See the pictures attached. The picture with the black shoe was the “fixed” work. They were also laughing and speaking in their native language at my frustration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again and suggest others do not waste their time and money here.

Tony did an amazing job on my full set. I showed him a picture and completed the look effortlessly and in a timely manner. I will be back!! My pedicure was also amazing. I slept the entire time.

Absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is welcoming, they offer you drinks at their nice cute bar. Love the aesthetic! Jenny was amazing, she’s so sweet and I loved her reassurance!! Definitely coming back
