I cannot fault the service I receive at Chi’s salon. My daughters and I have been coming for some years now, I’ve always left feeling very happy, satisfied and well groomed! The quality of my manicure/pedicure is exceptional and always lasts! - Moreover, the staff are very attentive, welcoming, friendly and have always been accommodating especially when I have not made an appointment in advance. In my opinion, the best nail salon in London! - As a side note, I have had a waxing treatment and a facial also at the salon, they offer a great service too! Highly recommend!

Great service! Love my nails ? Chi and the team are friendly and very talented. First time I have my nails done here with sophisticated design and I am so happy with her work. I showed her a picture of the style and she designed it free hand perfectly and it is more than what I expected. I used to asked for it in other nails salon but nothing turns out nicely. Finally I found this nails salon. Thank you so much for spending your time making them perfect.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I initially had an appointment booked in but wasn’t sure of the person who had done it the first time I had come to this nail salon. Upon arrival a really sweet lady made me sit down and asked if I had an appointment and I said yes, then she said “ oh yes I remember you wanted your nails done by the same person as last time” she then said it was the girl sitting at the back and I said” it’s ok you can do it I don’t mind” but she insisted on me having my nails done by the other lady as it’s my wedding to which I eventually agreed to.

She speaks in her language to her but it seems that there’s a disagreement and the lady refused to do my nails .. the First lady then said in English “ it’s her wedding and she wants to have her nails done by you” she then agreed and came. My biggest regret was not leaving the shop there and then. She then pretended to be nice and kept telling me I couldn’t do my nails shorter or a certain way .. just so dismissive and rude. Couldn’t even do French tips properly. She didn’t even want to file my thumbs properly. Maybe if I didn’t mention that I was getting married, she would have done a better job. Truly so disappointed and wasted 95 pounds.

I do not recommend a place where there’s no properly customer service let alone an employee that can’t empathize or be kind towards her colleague or customer.

My first time ever writing a review. I’m just so upset that this happened especially after mentioning that I’m getting my nails done.

I’ve been coming to Chi whenever I’m able to for the last 2 years. The service is always impeccable, and her talent and designs are amazing. Everyone there is so kind and professional, and I always leave with the most incredible nails. Amazing environment, highly talented staff, and incredibly clean salon. Highly recommend!! Nowhere else I’d rather go to in London!

The nails were nice but it was extremely overpriced. I showed a design with 3D effects on all the nails, different colours etc she told me it was going to be £160. I ended up doing half the length 1 colour and 3D effects on 2 nails and she said I had to pay £150 at the end of the set even though I kept asking during the appointment and she said not to worry. It just seems like they make up the prices and have not basis whatsoever.
They also barely did a manicure as well… for this price I definitely expected better service.

I have been to this place for my manicure and pedicure the staff are friendly. I love the area price features is affordable and I’m very happy with the material to use for my nail. Chi Neal is the best in Covent Garden.

Chi and her team are incredible. Any nail design or style they can do. The salon is so beautiful and is such a nice atmosphere to sit and have your nails done. I would definitely recommend them as one of the best nails salons in Central London as the precision and care the employees take is unlike so many other salons I have been to. These are some of the sets Chi has done for me.

Chi nails is my favorite place to do my nails. I always come here. They are extremely talented and everyone is so lovely. I always have fun and I’ve become a very loyal costumer. I recommend coming here, if you want your nails to look flawless everytime. Today I did this cherry nails, and I love them!
