10/10 recommend! The owners of this salon have always been so attentive and give great service every time. I’m pretty rough on my nails and the staff is so patient and professional in fixing my nails. I’m usually really picky too and they always know how to get the perfect shape.

I had my nails done by an older lady technician and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had, not even being dramatic. I got builder gel at another salon which I wanted to take off after it was growing out and do a regular polish manicure here. Builder gel is similar to acrylic but it is stronger, just needs a longer soak and drilling and they come off leaving your nails very healthy and strong still. She didn’t do a proper soak method with the foil and kept drilling until my nails were paper thin. I had to stop her because it was hurting and started peeling off the remaining builder gel pieces. She stopped me, said that was bad for my nails, and continued drilling. I wanted short almond, she left me with weak brittle nails that they were bending backwards (so painful). I ended up having to tell her to completely cut my nails and now i’m left with extremely brittle, bendy nail beds. She kept getting defensive and brushing it off when I would mention the better method, say it hurts, or stop the excessive drilling. Also, her “massage” was using the cuticle oil all up my arm and rubbing it in for a few seconds, when I spoke up, she tried to push the Deluxe package on me, when Classic Manicure clearly says “quick lotion massage.” So then she grabbed my arm to give me a bad lotion massage after she painted my nails so I had to keep my arm stiff and make sure it wasn’t touching her shirt, it wasn’t relaxing and I didn’t even want her to continue at that point. On the other hand, my mom had two younger lady technicians and had a great experience so take it as you will.

Would not recommend. Techs were nice, but I left very disappointed. I know gel nails probably have some texture to the nail when removing, but I left with dry hands/nails and got very short service. At least put on some cuticle oil! They did not even do that. They kept asking me if I wanted clear/color polish on my fingers and I kept refusing. (About 4 times!!). When I say no clear/color on my nails, please stop asking repeatedly.

The lotioning of my hands was quick and piddly. Normally, other salons give you some sort of hand/lower arm massage. Didn’t get anything of the sort. Very disappointed for paying $23 for the services (and then tipping another $7).

The nail tech was very pleasant and I even tipped her for the nails she attempted to fill but it was a very bad nail job I received. It was sloppy and the drill was not used a lot at all. When the young lady got up from the seat to grab the crystals… I asked ; “ are you done ? Because my nails have not been drilled or anything… at that time she tried to use the drill but I knew it was a done deal… I will find somewhere else to soak them off and hopefully get them done better. Very disappointed!!

Went here for the first time yesterday looking for a specific, yet simple design, and they were so amazing to work with! They understood what I wanted, did exactly what was in my picture, shaped my nails beautifully, they’re the perfect length (I like them really short), and the store was very clean and tidy. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you for a great first experience!

Tried a new salon. The nail tech touched my nails before the were dried. I asked for soak off and she immediately starts with the drill and I lost my pinkie nail! But the dip powder overlay is good. Price was higher. Had to fix the ruff nails that were smudged. Salon perfect gel light usb port came out. Cheap ‍♀️

I came here twice for a full set and pedi. I showed Tiffany the design I wanted and she definitely understood the assignment. The pedicure was also nice. I had would like 100% recommend.
