Awful service, didn’t even open this morning. No note to explain. Tried calling after 9am and no one answered the phone and no signs of life inside, waited as long as I could but didn’t want to be late for work.

Generally unhelpful, wouldn’t assist with an ear examination even though we were directed to the pharmacy rather than GP. Waste of time.

They never answer the phone and if you go in to collect a prescription they have never got it prepared. They say "oh you could phone us" but when they are told there's no point as they never answer they deny all knowledge.

Nornally when a prescription is sent to a pharmacist it gets prepared for you to pick up, but here they don't do that, so it means someone else could be issued medication that was for you.

They are a very unprofessional operation.

Terrible place especially as it is predominantly people wanting prescriptions. I only wanted some advise from the pharmacist and waited 30 mins then was told he wouldn't be available for another 20 mins because they were so busy and understaffed. I decided to leave before being seen. The poor stressed lady behind the counter was continually apologising to people about the long queue. On the TV they are asking people to seek advise from your pharmacy instead of visiting the hospital or your doctor. Maybe someone should tell Boots in keynsham this

I visited this store again on Wednesday 11 September. The staff were stressed and very unhelpful. The store looks as if a bomb has hit it.

Every time I go in here the staff at prescription counter are stressed out and under staffed. Exception is the blonde lady who is fab but I've only seen her there once . There is always always a queue and you are made to feel like pain for wanting to collect a prescription. I think you need to pay them more and get more staff, and train the ones that need it. Not rocket science.

I have a serious condition and cannot be without my medication. On two occasions within last month although l ordered early l was told to return next day to complete order. The next day l was told the prescription was not there.l was very concerned as we were going away next day.My wife phoned the young girl checked and found them.l had to contact our family to go to pick it up. A few weeks ago l even had tablets that were not for me one being penicillin which l am allergic to.We have been coming to this store for two years and at all times most of the pharmacy staff appear to be really stressed obviously they are short staffed. The management need to address this for everyone's sake before an accident happens.
