First & foremost the customer service was amazing. I needed a last minute appointment and they were great at getting me in on time before my concert to attend. I booked my appointment with Caitlin! 100/10, from the service, the design outcome, her personality! I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. I have her my inspo photos & she nailed it! I keep raving about her and her work. I'll definitely be coming back again! She made my appointment enjoyable & we shared plenty of laughs and stories. Blue Diamond Nails Spa is now my favorite place to go to!

If you’re someone who likes to keep up with the trends, this place has some very talented techs who can help with that! I will admit, I had a rough start when I first started coming here, but then I found my forever nail tech Val and she changed the experience for me completely. She NEVER misses and is so good as a nail artist. She is also a genuine person with great work ethic so I always leave a happy customer after my appointments.

Don’t walk… RUN to book an appointment with Valentina!!! She is truly the best in town. I have been bopping around to different salons for the past 5 years until I found Val at Blue Diamond Nail Spa! Her ability to pull off any design is impeccable!! Absolute gem!

The first couple experiences I had at the salon were not great and I was wondering why it was always so busy there. I almost gave up, but I heard there was a nail tech there that was really good at design. Valentina. I decided to make an appointment with her and that made all the difference! She was so friendly and very artistic. Tell her a design idea and she "nails" it every time. I've been going to Valentina for almost a year now. She's always very busy since she's known for design, so remember to book weeks in advance. She's the best!!!

I am now having my nails done by Bailey. What a pleasure. She spent time to fix the problems done in the past and I am very pleased. She is now taking care of my feet and hands, which wasn't happening at my last Nail Salon. Great nail designs and my feet are feeling and looking much better! Thank you so much Bailey!

I had the worst pedicure experience here ever. First off, the nail tech was so rude. I didn’t hear her when she asked what “flavor” I wanted for my pedicure (it’s not a flavor, it’s a scent….) but I asked her to repeat herself and she began talking to me like I’m stupid. Then she starts showing everyone my feet and dry skin when she’s doing the callous remover and scolding me for not coming in sooner. The salon was packed and I was humiliated. I am a mom of 2 who works full time so it’s nearly impossible for me to go out and do things for myself, and when I do I get treated like I’m disgusting. She left lotion allll over my legs and feet after she declared she was finished, then blamed my skin for not “soaking up the lotion”. She painted my toes horribly, I attached pictures so you can see. My three year old could’ve done better than this. She did not use a top coat and then purposefully gave me mismatching slippers, which usually wouldn’t bother me but she announced to everyone she did it on purpose. Before I could even ask her to fix this, she disappeared into the abyss. I didnt even catch her name. I was absolutely humiliated in front of everyone and will not be returning.

i’ve never written a bad review before but unfortunately I have to for this one. I came in to remove gel from my toes and get a regular mani pedi. the lady seemed to be really nice but showed no care towards my nails. she did not soak my feet or do any cuticle care whatsoever. she just sprayed my feet with water? I asked for a color and she said she didn’t have it and grabbed another one. when she painted two nails I realized the color was not even close to the one I wanted. and then she proceeded to paint my nails very messy and carelessly. after she was “done” she left me with the toe separator’s on and didn’t come back for 20+ minutes. I had to leave so I took off the separators and paid. just completely unsatisfied. so much for a pamper day ):
