I have been going to this salon for at least two years and it had been the best one I have found here in KC. I had always seen the two men who do great work. But today I went and I had the worst experience. It was with a woman who has red hair, never go to her. She left my nails super thick, she painted them and left a space as if it were a growth. The color was not uniform, the nail was painted very badly. I will never go back here again and I hope you don't either. Terrible service, you pay for something to be done wrong, if you are going to work I leave it unwillingly for that, don't work. Bad service, they didn't even offer a water. Mi nombre es Valentina

The best nail shop in Kansas City. Top quality. Nails didn't have lift even at 1 month of growth. All staff is super friendly. They are delicate with their job and take their time. They are amazing with designs, so talented. These were my wedding nails. Wouldn't trust anyone else for my big day

This is the best nail salon in all of Kansas City, hands down.

Everyone I know with fabulous nails comes here religiously. I even travel regularly from FL (where I live now) simply to get my nails done here because frankly they’re the best nail salon in the US.

Lee, the owner, goes above and beyond at every appointment. I have been coming here since they opened nearly 3 years ago and no matter where my travels take me I will always come back here for any and all of my nail needs.

You will not be disappointed. 20/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was excited to try this location out- I was familiar with it from LS. I went to get a gel pedicure and natural manicure. The salon is gorgeous. The pedicure chairs are better than most. I observed they had a very nice drink bar in the back, and were frequently bringing out drinks to customers, but I was never offered one.
My pedicure was good except the polish. Many toes the sides of the nail were not touched, some polish over the skin on a few, and pucker marks.The massage was great though.
On to the natural manicure- I quit doing dip because my natural nail had grown brittle, and grew them out. He asked if he could cut them, and I said “yes- a few you will have to because they have chips.” He cut every single one of them down uncomfortably short. He used a high grit nail dremmel and etched my nails like he was prepping for powder, and went in with a medium grit block a few strokes each but never buffed them. They still have etch marks all over them. My cuticles look undone, and he didn’t use any cuticle oil. They look horrible. Save the massage, because it was good, this was a horrible manicure that will take weeks to repair.
Might go back to see if someone else might have more skill or attention to detail, but my first experience was not good.

I was in the city for my dog’s grooming appointment and was a walk-in. Trish did such a nice job on my pedicure I decided I needed to extend my time in the salon and get a gel manicure, as well. The salon is very clean and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Trish was also very funny, I’ll be returning!

They learn your name, learn what you like and even ask for a reference photo of what you want. Anything you can think of? They will make it happen.
