I don’t understand why so many people give bad reviews. Maybe try being nice and you’ll get nice service in return!!!

I have been coming to Arctic Nails for a while and each time I receive 5 star service. The employees are all very friendly and seem like they really care about doing an exceptional job. Everything is clean and the chairs for pedicures are large and comfortable! I have never had to wait when I book an appointment. I will definitely continue to come back here for all of my nail care needs!

Beautiful and very clean place! Best I've seen and I have experienced 5 others since moving here last summer. Vanessa is friendly and remembers every conversation we have. She's Amazing and she knows what she's doing. My Mom also attends and is very happy with the owners' work too. Her name is Bay. Great sized TV with music videos continuously playing. Chairs massage as you have a pedicure which are very comfortable! They also have a hair salon on the premises but you will have to call ahead for an appt as the hairdresser is here on an as need basis. Plenty of parking also available with Handicapped parking. 10*'s!!

This was the worst experience of pedicures in Niagara Falls, the first visit to this salon by my daughter and I the morning of June 27/24. The worst! We arrived and weren’t even asked to pick a colour but told to sit immediately. We pointed out we needed to choose a nail colour. Once we had colours, our feet were immersed in cold water! The woman doing my pedicure spent the first 10 minutes looking at her cell phone that was propped on her knee. She had some sort of respiratory infection and kept wiping her nose, then promptly sneezed in my face. She then grabbed a face mask. The woman doing my daughter’s pedicure at one point while rubbing lotion onto my daughter’s legs stopped to rub lotion onto her own legs. The painting of nails was horrible for both of us; our great toes had too much polish applied and even as we were leaving we knew they were smudged!!! One of us had spacers used; one of us had one wad of tissue between two toes only. One of was given a fan for the nails to dry; one of us nothing. Regular polish for both of us. There was water everywhere around my chair when I got up. Infection control and health and safety are not priorities for these two mature women; I straightened the door mats so that no one would trip on them. First and last visit!

Mae is always super friendly, and does a beautiful job every time!! Very tedious and makes sure to shape my nails so nice and precise everytime !
Definitely recommend this local nail salon. Their pedicures are amazing too, they give you hot towels and a nice foot massage. Every service I’ve had from here has been a good experience

I have been to this nail salon before and NEVER had such a poor experience.

I recently visited Arctic nails with a friend, and the entire experience was nothing short of a disaster. To begin with, we had scheduled appointments for acrylics, clearly specifying this for both individuals. However, when we arrived, the receptionist seemed confused and it took about 30 minutes past the appointment time to start. Once I finally got seated, the technician began working on my nails. The technician had cut me multiple times in the process with the file. I had gotten a French manicure and the lines were not even and to top it off my one nail came out a different shade of white. The technician had told be that they would have to start that nail over however I had already been in that salon for 2 hours. I payed and left just wanting to be done, however then I came to realize after calling, the salon had overcharged me, it was only a few dollars but they should know their prices. I had complained to however was running the salon about the technician cutting my skin and was given a simple "sorry". Overall, my visit to Arctic nails was a complete disappointment. The lack of organization, the careless workmanship, and the unprofessional handling of billing concerns have left me with an extremely negative impression.

Got a hot stone pedicure and manicure done today and she did an amazing job! I didn’t catch her name but young girl, small with black hair. Very attentive to detail and cares about your comfort and happiness with your nails. She gave the best leg massage I didn’t want it to end. They also have massage chairs for your pedicures. You can tell they care about your business
