Receptionist seems to have an attitude and is not friendly. Does not seem to be able to smile or understand what it means to have an appointment which means you go before someone that is a walk in. Professional advice they should get a different receptionist and keep her in the back as a clean up person only. Poor management and not enough of workers to properly get things done. They should have never let Melissa go or any of the other staff.

Will not get another 70$ from me. Tub and tools didn't appear clean. Asked for pink with thin white tip got a traditional 2000 French manicure. New help doesn't understand English colors or photos.

So I came here after a not so great experience at T&P nails (which I did not post any review, but called and spoke to someone about it) however, I decided to try here since it was closer to me. Called and was told to come in at 3. Asked for mixed shapes coffin/stiletto, did not get. The pinks didn’t match well, but whatever right. They had to take the previous set I just got a few weeks back off, didn’t say why they couldn’t fill. The hot stones were not hot, even mentioned that to the tech. Left the towels on to the put they were cold towels, one foot is glossed the other not(which did not notice until I made it home). The woman didn’t seem to listen or understand me. Idk. Then it kills me when they speak their home language to one another, yet don’t seem to be able to acknowledge me in English. I find it rude in a way, unless they don’t know English idk they have masks on so it’s harder to understand. The prices I’ve paid for the services received at either nail salon lately for me has been sad in most ways.

They are so kind and personable. Literally everyone in the shop has done my nails and they all are great. I love my friends at AnC!✨

I wanted a BTS themed nail look and I was not disappointed. Nancy did the color and Petra did the nail design. I am in love with these nails. I would give more than a 5 star if I could.
