Not everyone at this place is horrible and rude.

I was on the verge of leaving yet another 1 star review for this facility, but their office manager Hema saved the day (so the 4 stars are really for her)! Long story short.... When my fiancé tried calling 4 times to find out what time his procedure was to be he was placed on hold 1 time for 10-15 mins and hung up on the other 3 times. So I called for him. When I finally got through to scheduling I was met with the biggest attitude. This scheduling clerk needs some customer service classes STAT! After going round and round with her trying to just find out what time we are to be at their office (an hour and a half from where we live to boot) I finally asked to speak with the office manager. I ended up on hold for a couple of minutes then someone picked up the line (I could hear people talking) and hung up. While all this is going on I was googling this place and let's just say I was very worried about what we were in for.

Irritated at the lack of professionalism and customer service I decided to take things into my own hands. I remembered she kept saying she had to call the Delano office, so I decided I would call too. I explain myself for the 3rd time now and am asked if they can place me on hold. Really!? A minute or so later Hema comes on the line. I explain the story one more time and she ends up helping me out. Adjusted the appointment time since we are driving from a ways away and to allow for one last confirmation call be made to the insurance in the morning before we leave home. In talking with Hema I learned she has just taken on her position. I hope the providers realize they have a good manager handling their practice and let her clean house if she needs to.

I hope I can add an update to this review with even more positive information.

Horrible management. I got the information sheets on how to prepare for my procedures 3 weeks after my procedure not really helpful. They give you information sheets that are so blurry they can't be read. I was given an appt leaving my procedures. I was called to confirm 3 other appts before that one and they had no record of that original appt. No one knows what anyone else is doing. Staff is not friendly or helpful. Will definitely be going elsewhere suggest you do too.

This place is very bad communicating with patients. I have left many messages and no one returns my calls. They put you on hold and never check back to see if you got through. Very disappointed.

Rude staff. Extremely hot waiting room. It was cooler outside, and it was over 100° outside. Way too long of wait time. Go somewhere else.
