I have been going to this nail salon regularly since January of 2024. I did not have any issues until yesterday. I had an appointment for a pedicure and a gel manicure, and my technician Pepper cut my cuticle, knowingly and apologized. I noticed the cut worse than I had thought and called to inquire about their policy for a cut cuticle during a manicure. When I called, Pepper then dined that she cut my cuticle and I was asked to come in and show the manager the cut. I said I cannot do that because I am leaving to go out of town, which is why I got my nails done. They said that they do not offer a partial refund or a discount on the next service because of a cut cuticle. When I said I was unhappy with the service I received and would not be returning to their salon I was told, "that is fine".
This is a business of disrespectful people and I will NOT be returning. Save your time and your money and find another nail salon to go to that actually values its customers.

I am Gary Jay's wife and wouldn't go anywhere else. I drive 3 hours to go to this Nail Spa. They are professional, friendly, all of their techs are fantastic. And most of all their prices are really good.

Edited Review: Have been going to this salon for a long time, and for at least past two years have specified my favorite technician for services. Today I was scheduled for a pedi with "my person" and upon arrival told he was not in due to Dr appt. I received no update or info from the salon prior to my appt. My tech was "okay" - definitely NOT the same service I receive. Was not offered discount or to reschedule with my regular tech in the future. Not a great way to keep loyal customers.
My Pedi was Thurs 2/22. I contacted today 2/27 because the Polish job VERY messy, and whole purchased and paid for "deluxe" Pedi, the work on my cuticles was awful. Yes from a distance all looked fine. But you know who sees it up close? ME. Salon would not accommodate a polish change with my tech of choice because not fair to him as he is commissioned. They only offered a polish with the same person that did the prior inferior job. His mother re-polished for me. Cuticles will have to wait until next Pedi! Ultimately fixed, but don't appreciate them acting like I had three heads when I complained about the Polish job.

The wonderful Trina did an amazing job on my waxes! She is clean, thorough, professional, charismatic, and a truly knowledgable Licensed Esthetician!! I felt truly seen and taken care of in my time with her. I will definitely be back thank you!

Hannah did such a great job on my dip powder nails and gel pedicure! I was cautious being that I’ve never done dip powder or do pink/natural nails, but Hannah eased me with her professional opinion which turned out EXACTLY what I w envisioning! Thank you ladies so much, I feel wedding ready thanks to you both 🙂

I walked out, if I could give this -5 stars I would. I showed a picture of Matt black nails with a glossy tip. And I got clear nails with a black tip. The woman was extremely rough and multiple employees were yelling at each other across the salon adamantly fighting and screaming at me bc of the misunderstanding which started from when I sat down. The nail tech used a shop vac hose to clean the dust off my nails, nicked me with a dirty grinding tool. Started to strip my nails profusely when I showed her a picture again of just a black nail. I walked about with my nails half done bc the wouldn’t stop screaming. He most unprofessional and disgusting service I’ve ever had in my life. And the place reeked like throw up. DO NOT GO HERE. I created a google account just to leave this review. Even one of their regulars next to me tried to tell them hey this is her first time here, yall are completely unprofessional and rude. And she’s trying to translate the word black and matte into Vietnamese for them. A simple black fingernail should not be this hard. No one should be treated like that. The person answering the phone was even rude, saying “oh we cannot have that” when I asked for a later time. A simple we don’t have that time available or can’t accommodate would have sufficed. Seriously unprofessional and they do no deserve to be in business.

Jen is so awesome I called at 6 still have my nails done and she took me last minute. I was so grateful for that. I have been to at least 10 nail techs in this area trying to find the best one in Jen is definitely going to be my new specialist. She does awesome microblading to so you should check her out for that. My nails look absolutely amazing she takes her time and files them perfectly and makes sure that they're perfectly the way that you want them. She notices every detail and makes sure your nails look the way you want before you leave.. Which is amazing and rare these days!! by far the best I have found I will definitely be coming back!!!

I used to never get fill ins after a full set because they lifted. But AA nails powder is the first one ever that does not lift on my nails and I have been able to get them filled. I’m due for another fill, it’s been 15 days and they still look good.
If you want to go with a friend, you have to specifically tell them to sit you together tho… they don’t just assume that.

I moved to NSB a little while ago now and have tried many nail salons. I am picky about my shape and like to have nail art done. I will only go to AA Nails and Pepper is my girl! She always does a wonderful job and I leave so happy, relaxed and content! She’s an artist. Everyone at the salon is so kind and willing to help. I am so lucky to have found this place!
