Best service I’ve ever had. Been a loyal customer because Tommy always makes a fun and inviting environment and likes to collaborate with me for nail ideas when I don’t know what I want . 1 year of perfect nails. They always offer me a water and it’s next to Starbucks , literally the best .

love coming here, always clean & pretty quiet. the staff are super friendly too. highly recommend making an appointment especially if you want to go on a saturday. only a few times i've had to wait but it was never that long. i always see Nia & she does wonderful nail art & takes the time to properly prep my nails (see pics, i've gotten more done i just forget to take photos of them).

I’ve gone there twice and both times I have been very impressed! My nails are smooth, no bumps or lumps, a uniform shape, and solid color. Clean lines, no cuts, and done very efficiently!

I had a really bad experience at Cartier nails in Scottsdale. I decided to try somewhere new that was closer to home (Ocotillo) and boy am I glad I did. Son (Sam) did a fabulous job. You can tell that they care about the customers experience. It's a quaint little shop, the music isn't too loud, there's not a bunch of fussing around and rushing around. He was quick about getting my nails done but he didn't cut corners. Expeditious might be the best word. Great personality. Super excited that I found a place around the corner.

Had a nice time! The place is clean and well-kept with superb customer service and nice nail techs. Sam is amazing, he was pleasant to talk to and gentle when doing my nails so I left with beautiful nails and a good mood. Thank you, I look forward to coming again.

Took my kid sister to get nails for homecoming. Her tech was wonderful and spent time making sure she got exactly what she wanted. I had a pedicure and polish and my tech was also very good. The manager even stopped by every client to see how things were going. Very clean and friendly place.
