I have been consistently coming to Verra Nails since January of 2024! I have seen a few people but I mostly see Quin. She is so sweet, does an amazing job with nails, and never disappoints. She gives me suggestions when I show her inspiration photos and executes those ideas. The new owner is very nice as well! Making an appointment in advance has always worked best for me so I don’t have to wait. 10/10

I’m usually not one to leave a poor review but I was very unsatisfied with my visit yesterday. I asked for brown french tips. The technician painted them and they came out super un-even and honestly, just really bad. I told him that they were un-even and he removed all the polish to re-do them. The manager then came over and started painting my nails. Yes, they looked a lot better, but still for the price i’m paying, the job was done poorly. I had already been there for over and hour and didn’t have the time for them to be done again. The next day, the polish on one of the nails is already chipped. Just super unsatisfied with the outcome.

My nails came out cute but the quality is okay.
My gel pedicure came out nice but I chose the deluxe pedicure for the 5 mins of massage and my tech did it very light, barely any pressure.
She did both my full set and pedicure and I still tipped her because she was nice but I feel like she could do better.

Lastly I am very disappointed about my Brazilian wax. It was rushed and I was not aware that they don’t do the back side. They only did the front side and that is not displayed anywhere. I can find another place with the same price that will wax my bikini area front and back. It was my first time doing a Brazilian here and it will be my last.

This was my first time at Verra nail bar and I scheduled an appointment with Quinn. I got a full set acrylic manicure and pedicure. I love my nails and will definitely be back.

I get my nails done every three months and could never find a reliable nail salon until now verra nail bar is where it’s at! The service is amazing. The people in the atmosphere are so wholesome.
I had a really good experience with Tyler who did my manicure and did a beautiful job! This place was clean, welcoming, And inviting. I definitely will be coming back to get my nails done here! Thank you to verra nail bar and thank you Tyler for the excellent service!

The guy who did mine did a good job. My husband got a pedicure. The lady left his nails sharp and looked disgusted the whole time she was doing his nails. She just got up when she was done didn’t say anything to him. He was wondering if he was done. My daughter asked for a basic manicure without polish. There were cuticle left and didn’t clean underneath still charged $20 for that. The same girl did a good job on her toes though. Asked for a flower on each big toe and then charged $15. Didn’t tell before hand. Has always been $5 per toe nail. There was someone there who adjusted that price. The lady who did my daughter eyebrows did a good job. Wish I knew there names.

I have been coming to this salon for over a month now. And I have had wonderful experiences each time with getting my nails filled with a gel color. I finally have my nails grown out to the length I want them too and went in this evening to get a fill and just a top coat. I was really liking the natural feel of how my nails looked. I went in and was helped right away by Lisa. Now she is a sweet lady I’m not going to lie. But she gets very distracted. It seemed like she rushed my fill. And it’s not even to my satisfaction at all. I sat down, and she proceeded to drill my nails, and would look away, and my cuticle would be nicked and I started bleeding. She also nicked my finger and laughed it off and said sorry. Cause she looked away once again. I really take pride in my nails and hands. And I’m very disappointed with the outcome. I thought it was going to be a good review on giving someone else a chance cause my normal guy was busy with another customer. The fill does not look like a fill was done. There was a bunch of space left. There’s debris in my nails. They are already lifting in the corner from the top coat, and it’s only been 5 hours. She used a bigger brush which when I normally get my nails filled after 2 and a half weeks they use a small brush. Also cause I have tiny fingers. My cuticles are all out of whack. (This is what upsets me the most). It makes me sad that I work so hard to make my nails pretty. And it takes one nail technician to ruin my pride and trust.

I had to make Lisa do two top coats because the first one did not cover all my nails all the way. I even had to go back inside to make her fix one because it was not coated properly. Then when I got home and made dinner, my middle one popped right off!! Just plop. And that has NEVER happened to me with the other 3 sets I have had. I made an appointment to get my nails re-done. Cause it is unacceptable. I really feel that if I’m going to be paying a company to do my nails. At least respect my hands enough to pay attention to detail with how much we spend to make them look nice. Will not be able to sleep tonight. Just sad that $45.00 later and it’s not what I should have left with. Cuticle oil really hides the insecurities of what’s been done. Highly suggest you really look at your nails before leaving the salon.

I normally love going here and have taken my daughter here often to get her nails done for dances or competitions. This last time however has completely changed this.
I took my daughter in to have a basic pedicure and a full set. She had nail art on 6 fingernails. It looked beautiful, service was great, and the bill was $110 for services rendered. I paid the bill for $110. Today, I was looking at my statement and saw I was charged $164 - a full $54 more than what I was told. A phone call to Verra nails simply led to insistence that that were not wrong and there’s no way they could possibly have been charged an amount that was off by $54.

DO NOT go here. Either they are made a mistake that they are unwilling to correct (and I’m out $54 more than I was quoted) or they are giving out false totals with hidden charges you never see and completely scamming you.
