I have been going here for about a year. I went today to get my nails done and my service lady wasn’t talkative and my nails are different lengths. I was super upset. She was rushing and didn’t take her time. I used to go there with my mom when some other people worked there but either left or quit and the people that are left working rush and don’t take their time. I was charged 79$ for short alone french light pink tips and it’s annoying. I wish I had the same experiences every time like my first time going. I have decided to stop going and to just leave. I wish I could get a refund back. I wish this place luck.

다시는 안와도 될듯 . 그리고 지금 페디 하시는분 너무 발톱안으로 찌르면서 하는데 아픔;;;

I usually don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place and always recommend to family and friends but my most recent visit today makes me never want to come back again. It took twice as long, some of my nails came out crooked and uneven in length and their AC was out and they didn’t let me know before I came in for my appointment. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was there for an hour and a half for a set that normally takes 45 minutes and almost passed out it was so hot in there. On top of that when I went to check out they charged me $5 more than I pay every single time and claimed that they hadn’t raised the price of a French in months when I went a few weeks ago and have receipts to prove it was lower. Overall not a good experience at all when it is supposed to be relaxing and a special treat.

I have to start with how lovely the experience was. Ken was super nice as well as the front desk lady. I was super please with the customer service that i kindaa didn't take a super good look at my nails. I got a black dip power and I should have gotten gel or polish over that too because it makes it look kinda ehhhh with just clear over it. Definitely noticeable scratches( that on me). Kinda messy finish but it's not that big of a deal. My left thumb turned out a lil wonky but all in all it was a good experience and I'll probably come back

By far the best customer service as well as quality! I have never once had a bad experience while having my nails taken care of these past months. Sarah is my first choice on every visit. Her attention to detail is top notch! With how much manual labor I do, she still makes my cuticles look like I never touch a thing! I can not thank the team enough for always being considerate to myself whether it be regarding an appointment or while being at the location!

First I want to say I understand I made an appointment Mothers Day weekend. However I did make an appointment. I went in for 3 pedicures and a full set. They set us up for the pedicures which were just fine to be honest, but completely forgot about the full set. How do I know they forgot you ask.. There were people come in after me sitting down for pedicures getting their nails done at the same time. When I reminded them their faces were completely blank. They sat me in a chair at a station just to leave me there while they continued to take other people before me. When I said I was leaving my appointment was an hour and a half prior and I was just sitting there the lady told me too many people came in and they were very behind. I honestly would have gone back if they have just taken ownership of forgetting, apologized maybe even discounted my pedicure anything but they didn't. I won't be back to this nail salon when there are so many other options that won't forget about the clients in the salon.

I followed my tech when she moved to this salon and I’m so glad I did. Mimi is just the best, so kind and her attention to detail is excellent! This salon is beautiful and they are always so sweet to my 7 year old.

Anytime I’ve had to change an appointment, they are so accommodating. Great experience!
