I went here for the first time today and I would highly recommend them! My nails came out exactly like I wanted. The nail technician I had was diligent in making sure my dip nails were perfect. Not too thick. He got them exactly the shape I wanted and listened to all of my requests. 10/10 would recommend!

I came in and it was busy and I was going to wait. I was there 20 minutes, another girl had been there longer than me, a regular walked in, stated she didn't have an appointment and was willing to wait, they sat her down immediately and started on her nails. (so not her fault) The staff was unprofessional. I got up and walked out. Will never go back. I have no idea if the other girl waited. They didn't even say anything to us. Not it will be just a few more minutes. Just sat the woman down, ignored us and kept working like we were not there.

I have tried 4 different nail places including this one (pretty far from my house so i tried others closer) and will be making the 5 mile trek back to them for my nails now. Ive always walked in but will now be making appointments with one of the guys there that has done my nails twice before. Hes fantastic! Sterile instruments, clean and fancy space, friendly staff.

Wow! Seriously the best nail spa I ever been too! Everyone is really friendly! I would recommend making an appointment! Amazing service, reasonably priced. Sun Kiss Pedicure is the way to go! I’ve found my new nail spa! I will definitely be returning!

Called ahead and made an appointment for 3 and asked if they can accommodate by letting us sit together. They said yes. We arrived, they double book. Waited over 25 minutes. Finally sat down, then asked to move onto the other side because they had someone fixing the chairs. When there was literally another customer in that same broken chair and she didn’t even know it. Sat down, brought the supplies only to see they didn’t change supplies right after using it on another customer. Pretty much the tipping point of what made me leave. If you want to have a party, bridal event, birthday event whatever as they state in their brochure you can call and they can accommodate. Don’t waste your time and make sure you request to see them change their supplies if you still choose to come to this nail salon.

Literally worst nail experience of my life, and I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years.
First off I called ahead and made an appointment. When I got there I still had to wait 20-30 min to be seated.
When the lady was trimming down my nails she completely cut way far down into my pinky to where I was bleeding out of my nail, and she had to glue it back together. Then she proceeded to drill and burn my thin fingernails several times. I had to tell her to use a lower setting or the file so she would stop hurting me. I should never have to tell an experienced nail tech how to care for the customer and do their job. After I told her I wanted a French manicure with black tips she then proceeded to paint every nail on my left hand completely black. I told her that’s not what I wanted and she tried to argue with me that I said all black was ok. She did a hack job on the paint job and didn’t even file or even out my nails around the edges. It’s quite literally the ugliest and most painful experience I’ve ever had. She laughed when she asked if I liked it afterwards when I was clearly upset and in pain the whole time. Oh and she still charged me full price at $60 and I still tipped her, because we’ll I’m a good person I guess ? I’ll never go back here again.
