Honestly, completely blown away. My first time here and I felt special. My nail tech was professional, friendly, and took pride in her work. True definition of a professional in her craft. So relaxing in a busy area.

My favorite nail salon ever! I have been a customer here for over a year now and won't go to any other salons. Vicky and Sovann are incredible at what they do, I cannot recommend them enough.

Harmony is a super nice facility, super clean, and the service is great! There was a plastic barrier between me & my nail tech, and I wasn’t close to any other customers.

The nail tech was gentle on my cuticles and gave me a great nail shape.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with how my nails turned out. The biggest issue - the gel polish is SO thick, and unevenly applied, and clumpy. the pix capture the texture. I know multiple layers of polish are necessary for chrome but this result was v disappointing.

Smaller issues - The application was kind of messy so I left w nail polish all over the sides of my nails. & I asked for a dark blue chrome look, but they turned out quite silver (different than the sample nail I picked).

No Service for Costumers!!

I'm writing on behalf of my friends (two girls), who went there on october 13th for mani- and pedicure.
Both of them were satisfied with the pedicure and the eyelash extension.
Then, unfortunately, one of the girls got a manicure from a male employee, we don't know his name.
She gave an exact explanation of how she wished her nails. During the process, she talked to him several times in terms of the nails to be sure about the correctness of the treating, but it seemed like he was ignoring her.
Once he finished my friend was repeating herself that the nails aren't like she wanted and payed to. After this critic the employee got mad and uset and began to discuss with my friend until he began to just block her and shaked his head negationly.
Thank to the nice female cashier my friend got back 50% of her already spent money for his work.

Just a pity how a employee can't handle a critic, nor can't talk to his costumers.

I was pretty confident about the shop first cuz I saw the covering photos of the nail design which is really aesthetic and detailed(maybe is the staff from this salon, idk but definitely not who did my nails). Before beginning working on my nail, everything is fine, like the interior of the shop is clean. So someone did my toenails, is spa pedicure service, she did very quickly, like 10min for everything including polish. It’s enough for the price I think(28$).

I show them the photo of the nail I want which is a French style design, an old lady who did my hand told me to pick the color myself, and I picked two similar color, later I found out the color she painted is not even, they told me that’s because the color I picked is hard to get even(I don’t think this is a reasonable reason,instead it is an excuse for not being humble to learn more skills). She become very impatient since I told her the color is uneven. Moreover, I did gel extension removal, the liquid they provide has a strong chemical smell, which almost make me giddy. My hands are super dry and uncomfortable during the making(also after). The turnout is nothing like which I expect.?

I think their customers service is not so great considering their poor communication in English and impatient attitude. A store I won’t come again.

Ellen did my toes and Vicky did my nails. Couldn’t be more satisfied and comfortable the whole way through! Lovely ladies, and a lovely atmosphere. Very gentle and payed close attention to detail. Clean, beautiful, relaxing shop. Will be back!

Sovann worked on my pedicure and Kelly did my gel manicure! It’s a clean and wonderful salon and the nail techs are all very professional and nice. Whenever I want a relaxing time I come to Harmony.

Jennifer also does an amazing job with threading for eyebrows and facial hair.

Update:
Brandon is still my go to and my nails look great. Full set acrylics, single gel polish, shimmer accent nail and single rose design was about $75 and both hands match. I always get compliments when my nails are done.

Had my acrylic nails with gel polish done here with Brandon. He did an amazing job. My coffin nails look amazing and I've gotten lots of compliments. We will see how long they last. So far its been one week and are still in great condition. Full set acrylics were $35. +$20 for single gel color. Designs are extra and price varies. I love their spa massage chairs too.
