I have been coming to CHA Nails for almost 5 years, and I have loved my nails every single time. Selena is my favorite, she is very efficient and always does an amazing job! Love this place!!

I went in to get a gel manicure on Friday for my birthday. I normally go to Zen Nails and Spa but thought I’d give CHA a try. Everything about my manicure was awful... for starters, the woman who was doing it was completely rough on my nails, she kept pulling in my arm and she cut my cuticles so hard that I complained a couple of times but she completely ignored me.
My nails looked ok but I felt pain from the get-go, not to mention, 2 of my fingers started bleeding that night and one of my fingernails started chipping the next day!

Mary was amazing, she did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails. I’m so glad to have her as my new nail tech here at cha. Such an amazing staff and always feel very welcomed.

My favorite place to get my nails/toes done. They are super quick and always offer me a beverage during the service. Tiffany is my favorite she does the shape and design i want every time without fail it always looks wonderful!! I’ve been going here for around 3 years consistently it’s about a 45 minute drive that i will make every time happily because i am so pleased with the service.

Selena is the best!!! I go here and pretty much exclusively have her as my nail technician because she is so sweet and does a beautiful job every time. Highly recommend her. The facilities are clean and consistently running on schedule. Lots of color options and one of the only salons in town that offer gel.

UPDATE: Thursday 4/18/24 Chad the owner of CHA called me to offer a redo free of charge. I thought that was awesome business practice. When I showed up to CHA Saturday @ 9:43am (they open at 9:30am) the front desk manager told me I would have to come back. It was nothing she could do. Overall not only did I lose money on bad services 4wks ago. I wasted time, energy , and gas!

PLEASE DONT WASTE TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

The worst service I’ve ever received at a nail salon. If I could stop mid service I would have. The first polished I chose was old/sticky/tacky so the worker asked for me to choice another color. That was fine. Until she barely polished my nails with the 2nd option. The polish job was translucent. It looked as if there was absolutely nothing on my nail. My daughter had several cuts on the sides of her fingers. Multiple fingers were bleeding. Not to mention the pedicure bowls were dirty. The towels used on our feet smelled like mildew When I tried to example how dissatisfied I was with the service it was as if no one understood what I was saying meanwhile audibly laughing at me. I walked out in tears . After paying close to $250 dollars for the worst service & humiliation of my life. I hope this review serves as a caution to others. DO NOT GO HERE!

Update: after getting home and take off my shoes this is what the gel polish looks like on my big toe.

I truly hope people can see this review.

I have been coming to CHA for about 8 months now and I just adore this nail salon. Everyone is so friendly and kind! I especially love Tiffany, who I go to exclusively now. She’s funny, talented, and efficient. Her designs are beautiful and I am amazed at how quickly I can get in and out when I have an appointment. Highly recommend CHA!
