The customer service here is top notch! Everyone was so sweet and attentive. Kim did my nails. She did a excellent job. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and she did just that. (Pic I showed her will be posted along with the nails She did) I also got a pedicure not sure of the techs name but she also did a great job. She didn’t cut or hurt me once.The place was very clean. The prices were also very reasonable!! We didn’t have to wait. I wish this salon was closer to where I lived I would be a frequent customer. Go show them some love you won’t regret it!!

I flew in on a Friday from out of town for a conference and decided to get my nails done. After reading a few reviews in the area, I decided to go with this nail salon. I called and was immediately penciled in. I got a mani and pedi. Because that service was great, I decided to experiment with lashes for the first time, too! My lashes were done naturally as requested. Everything was perfect and the team was super kind! I wish I took the name of the lady that did my nails! If I ever come back to Houston, I’m definitely coming back here!

So yesterday I made an appointment for 1:45pm I didn’t get seen until about 2:05-2:10 I asked how much longer wasn’t able to wait so I politely apologized and let them know I had to leave. I came back the next day made another appointment for 2:15 I was seen on time was happy about that I came in very friendly the man that did my nails in the first chair was not very friendly and got upset when the color wasn’t correct but in my reference photo that is not the right shade being used mine was cream colored and he put a light pink on me ….he got stuff all over my fingers didn’t care I had to ask him to get the acrylic off my skin …didn’t lotion after no type of friendly customer service very disappointed…..also when I use to come here I always had a certain nail tech I asked if she was here still and he literally ignored me. I was very friendly the entire time said thank you please called him sir my nails look great but they are very thin so I’m concerned about the durability. Really would have been nice to be treated friendly I don’t know if he thought I wasn’t gonna tip but after all that I still have him 20 dollars just to prove a point about maybe lead with kindness and treat EVERYBODY the same because he perked right up when he had the next customer in the chair meanwhile I was washing my hands and when I came back there was someone in the chair couldn’t even grab my things. And ALSO HE DROPPED AN INSTRUMENT ON THE FLOOR AND PROCEEDED TO USE IT. WILL NOT BE RETURNING VERY DISAPPOINTING
