This shop is adorable! It’s brand new. Everything inside is new. The paint, the chairs, the stations, the products. It’s all chic, and simple and classic. The ladies here have been so sweet, so ready to jump in and take on a challenge. They also have a reward system that gives you a birthday discount and points. Highly recommend! It’s the kind of place that I expect will get very popular soon. I have dropped by twice, both times I was asked if I had an appointment. I think they prefer appointments! But they still took me in and helped me quickly. They also offered me water, and a beverage. They are very hospitable and talented.

This is one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to. I went at 5pm on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded. The location is perfect as it is next to a lot of stores. I was sat down within 5 minutes. I went for a gel pedicure and paid $55 in total which is average for a gel pedicure. The color options they have are so beautiful. Chi did my pedicure and she was so sweet and made my day 1000% better. Will definitely recommend and will be coming back when I am in the area.

This place is fantastic! It’s clean, spacious, and well organized. More importantly, I got the best pedicure - by Chi. And Ann did a beautiful job on my nails. I don’t live close but may have to drive to come here - they are really excellent.

This is my third time coming to the Basic Nail Shoppe and my review stay the same if not better. The place is super clean and nice and staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I had Michelle done my nail design and she is an artist. I would highly recommend her. Nicole is also very sweet and good at design. I will definitely continue to visit this place

Feeling like I have new hands and feet! This was my first time visiting. I got the Signature manicure and pedicure. The service was great! The ladies took their time and weren’t rushed, which made for a comfortable, relaxing experience. The facility was very clean , great management service at the front desk, and I loved the massage chairs! I’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews but Basic Nail Shoppe is far from BASIC. It was an AMAZING experience, I could actually have a conversation with my nail tech (Nichole) and she was so nice. The shop is clean and spacious, not cluttered at all. They took their time and did a great job. If I could leave a hundred stars I would.

I'm posting this review for my girlfriend that has been to this nail salon a few times now and is very pleased with every experience she's had so far. The facility is extremely CLEAN and well-maintained. The technicians are very skilled, efficient, and cater well to her needs. Scheduling is a breeze and the prices are reasonable for the quality that they provide.

She's always excited to go back and highly recommends everyone give this place a try!
