Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my service which I had already booked in advance! When I entered the salon we confirmed that I’ve booked for pedicure+ extra massage + callus remove….the pedicure was done in about 30 minutes which was done very careless, without proper callus removal and extra massage ( I got a quick massage for just 2 minutes and wondering if that was the service that I’ve booked or is the “actual” service still coming?!! Turns out the nail technician only spent 30 minutes on my feet for the pedicure without the extra services that I’ve requested before…at the payment the front desk asked the nail technician what services she did, she mentioned only the pedicure and the front desk asked me surprised : so you didn’t do the extra massage and callus remove? I said no, with a big question mark in my head, why the technician decided to skip these extra services!! I was shocked by the whole situation and the lack of communication here within in the team !!
