Had an awesome fun experience at Luxe Nails in Incline Village! Hang, the owner, is incredibly talented and really puts care into her work. I went in for a new full set, and I’m so happy with how they turned out – fun, fresh, and flawless! Hang and her team made sure every detail was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. *BEST MANI PEDI* Norma at Luxe Nails is incredible! I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My nails look stunning, and my feet feel so refreshed. Norma is meticulous with her work, paying attention to every detail and ensuring a glossy finish. Hang and her entire staff always take great care of me! They are the best in Tahoe and worth every penny! I’ve been going here for years and Hang always works hard to make every customer happy! Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Left my feet underneath dry and with visible skin flakes. Just removed polish and put polish on. Out fancy creams in my legs. Did not come for that. I just wanted a good pedicure. The foto is just after leaving salon.

Had a full set had to keep telling/asking for male technician nit to file my nails a certain way. He did it anyways saying he had to. I've been getting my nails done for a long time and I should know what works know my shape. They looked nice but not my exact request. Regardless it's always a painful and robotic nail experience at most shops. Shape wasn't what I wanted And thumb nail broke in 4 days. Wasn't the worst experience but could have been way better. The shop wasn't very appealing either. Was hoping for better for the cost. But I paid and tipped out of courtesy and not by satisfaction.

Pros: great prices, very clean, good selection, and very accommodating staff. For example, they let me change which color I wanted twice and checked in to make sure I liked the nail shape after filling.
Cons: A bit hard to find (need to go inside the mall, up the stairs and then turn right) and the aestheticians seemed a bit rushed. After checking in about my mail shape, I had to assert myself for more changes)
