I recently visited for a manicure, and while the experience started off well, I was disappointed with the results. My nails were bumpy and didn’t like them.
The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, my nails began to peel on the third day after my appointment.

Awful is an understatement. Cut me on my fingers and sliced a he open. I asked 3 times about a crooked nail. I was bleeding so bad the white dip powder was pink and he had to paint over it. Didn’t check the length before he started cutting the nails. The fake nail is hanging out the side with no powder or color. I cried and asked for a refund and the said no.

Ethan was absolutely amazing! He did above and beyond! The place was super clean and felt high end! The pug on the wall by the sinks 10/10 the cutest thing!! Love it here

I visit legacy about once a month consistently all year long. They have excellent customer service, and provide great work in all aspects. I am always very impressed and pleased when I leave their care.

I was very pleased with the service and how polite and friendly everyone was. Emily was so helpful and Sap did an amazing job taking care of my request. I am from Nebraska and have not had my nails done for 6 weeks. He made them look fresh and I will be back. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great experience!!!

This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. The staff is always super friendly.(Picture reference: Sap did the Santa hats. I think Emily did the other 3 pictures.) Every technician I’ve ever had there has done a great job. 5/5

I was referred here thru a relative and wasn’t disappointed. The pedicure was Awesome and the full set was great. The colors were nice and they had a variety. The staff was very friendly and family oriented. Not sure who did my pedicure however, she was such a courtesy and friendly person. She did everything in her power to make sure my grandchild was comfortable. If you’re in the Monroe La area look up Legacy Nails located at Pecanland Mall they are awesome at what they do.

My nails look terrible and the broke the very next day. I paid $325 for services on so I can go on my cruise and my lashes are falling apart and my eyebrows are uneven. My NAILS ARE BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It haven’t been 48 hours OMG $325 down the toilet for garbage quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This needs to be fixed asap!!!!!!!
