The woman who did my nails was nice and kind, but really sad to write that I was not happy with the quality.

Cut way too deep into my cuticle and had a very small amount of bleeding. That wasn’t a big deal for me personally and she was kind enough to give antibacterial treatment on it. Unfortunately it still feels a bit sore.

Lots of bubbles doing gel, did not let it cure longer allowing it to harden (it could have been the polish quality being poor itself, but I didn’t realize there were bubbles until I left). Overall the cuticles weren’t cleaned properly. The coat is very very uneven. I’m not sure if it was just bad luck with the polish being a bit old itself, but I figured it was something that could have been worked with as some of the nails turned out okay.

I forgot to book a gel removal I had prior so I’m glad they were able to accommodate!

2 stars because the only thing that was great was the shape, but the paint was full of flaws. The BIAB used was the weakest I've seen so far, my nail looks like it just has regular polish on it. Either the BIAB used is low quality, or they don't know what BIAB is and just used a clear polish and are calling it BIAB, because I've never seen anything like this.

I used to love this place! A few months ago I used to come here very often but today I came back and the staff were very different, slightly rude I would say. I was slightly late for my appointment (7 minutes to be exact) and called them to let them know (30 mins before my appointment as roads were closed and needed to take an alternative route). All good, they told me it would be fine as long as I arrive within 10 mins). I arrived there and they made me wait for another 10 mins (which is fine - no problem with that).

My technician wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either and she did rushed me to chose the colour of my nails even tho I said I wasn’t ready to decide.

Not super happy with my decision I went for a color that seemed interesting without realising that the colour would be very dark for me. While the technician was doing the nails she did ask me if I was happy with the colour and I replied that I wasn’t sure and that seemed too dark, I stated that I wasn’t happy multiple times but (wrongly) I didn’t ask to change the color. All because I didn’t wanna bother my technician that already seemed pretty bothered (not to mention she did try to convince me to keep the colour)

I did a pedicure too and I liked the color and all. While doing it, I stated again that the color of my nails was too dark and this time I decided to ask if they would charge me extra for changing the color. The technician immediately told me that “it wasn’t her fault” and say she would ask. At this point I was expecting to pay a little bit extra just to have the color I wanted (and obviously taking the guilt for not asking to change the colour on time even tho I said multiple times that I wasn’t happy).

Basically, between her and another technician decided that they would charge me another £28 for changing the color!!! Of course I didn’t accept. It seems way too much for something that I said in multiple occasions that I didn’t like.

I used to be a regular client, and used to come very often for different services and even tho I have moved out of the area I decided to come all the way from East London because of the excellent service they used to provide. Now I’m just very disappointed, there’s no customer service whatsoever. Staff has become so unfriendly and indifferent to everything.

I wish you could take this feedback into consideration because I really really loved doing my nails here and today just wasn’t the best experience for me?

So they claimed they do biab according to my research biab should last at least 2 weeks. mine lasted 3 days and now they are all peeling off. to avoid disappointment avoid this company. £45 bain lasted 3 days. it’s ridiculous

Literally the worst nail salon experience in my life!!! They cut my finger without even apologizing. The nails were not prepped properly and they did a such rough shaping that it scratched my skin. 1 week later, 2 of my nails were broken, this has never happened before! Not only they didn’t do a good job but severely damaged my nails! I paid 35£ and it was done in 15 minutes.

Great service and attention to detail. Tien is the best nail technician I've ever had! Incredibly gentle and shaped my nails beautifully. Julia then did a fabulous design. Highly recommend you visit this place, it's a gem!

It was joyful day out with my mate. While the experience we went through wasn't what we expected.

I went for a pedicure and my mate got her nails done. The pedicure didn't have hot water it finished in 15 mins and cost £35. I just couldn't be rude to the lady who was doing my feet but the service was under average

My mater Her nails were £60. It was a gift from me for my friends graduation but we was disappointed with the overall experience as I had all intentions to make it special experience for her. But urghh! It doesn't go as you plan yeah ?

They also denied an offer they had get a friend along and grab 15% off. I got zero of the £95 I paid.

I personally wouldn't visit again. But I do advise others to share their improvements over the course.
