Jessi and Daarya are the BEST mani and pedicurists in West Hollywood!! They are friendly, professional, attentive, thorough and provide the highest quality of beauty services. It's my favourite relaxing, beautiful and clean salon in the neighbourhood. I can't recommend both their work enough! <3

I never leave bad reviews (usually I would simply not return.) However, my experience was so upsetting, I am compelled to write the following:
I was so happy when they opened because it is very convenient. I went there twice. The first time was great.

On the second visit, the owner or manager was extremely rude. I don’t mind that English is her 2nd language but she practically yelled at me when I could not understand her. She also glared and gave really bad vibes.

More importantly, they scraped up my nail and/ or gave me a fungus. I really hope it’s just scratched up. I truly am not a demanding/disrespectful person. I did not insist (as some do) that they redo the color when it turned out to look bad on me. I did not demand a redo when it started to chip after less than a week.

I’m looking at my messed up nail, worried it’s a fungus, can’t get a pedi or wear sandals until I know for sure, so I am leaving this negative review. Also, they were extremely rough and the pedicure actually hurt.
I would leave 0 stars if I could.

*Owner subsequently replied that my review was “racist.”
There is no reference to race in my review. Lack of fluency speaking English, rudeness and/or poor quality of services has nothing to do with race. In fact, I did not even mention staff’s race in my review and it was not a factor in my bad experience. I predict they will be out of business soon.

*I am extremely offended to be accused by owner of racism.

New nail spot in Weho- was very impressed with the service. Very thorough. I had a gel mani and pedicure. The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. Currently running a 20% off discount since they just opened. Highly recommend!

First time at the salon. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Great experience with Nasa. My cuticles were trimmed perfectly without any cuts. The color was nicely painted on. The gel color is OPI Frenchie Likes to Kiss.

The entire staff were so great. Amy did my mani and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Was meticulous, and the pedi was lovely and relaxing too. Would absolutely go back.

Frustrated because I asked for hard gel because I work in jewelry and need them to be strong. They said they could do that and then didn’t use hard gel and my nails are bending 20 minutes after leaving the studio. Out $75 and two hours. Now having to find a new studio this evening. Wish they would have just said they don’t do hard gel.
