Amazing experience. I was waiting for stressful doctor appointment and decided to make my nails , they were so kind, they asked me if I want anything to drink and they allow me to sit on the chair during pedicure for like an hour so I could have a back massage ( this chair is amazing !!!).I felt very welcome , it was nice and loving atmosphere, business is fun by wife and husband , they both made my nails to make it faster and they both did great job. It was perfectly done and I had them for y weeks ( non of them fell off since ). I will definitely come back and bring friends.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I’m genuinely so unsatisfied with the service here. My nails are filed weirdly and the colouring is uneven. She also failed to mention that they are cash only and it was written very small and obstructed at the front of the door under their opening hours. She also kept trying to persuade me to get shellac which was very uncomfortable. I had no way to pay. If I knew it was cash only I wouldn’t have committed to the service. She served two other people simultaneously making my manicure more than an hour long. I don’t recommend.

Very bad experience. On treatwell the rate for acrylic nails removal clearly states £15. They don’t ask what you want or tell you that there is an extra cost for this or that. When it was done and ready to pay the owner told me it will be £25. And for what?! He applied a transparent nail polish which he didn’t say it will be £10 extra. Absolutely false, disgraceful. Now I understand the previous reviews about this salon. Should have listened. Told them I will not be back and he just didn’t care

My nails look nice, I got shellac. Bit overpriced compared to other salons I go to. Two stars because it’s rude to tell your customers that their eyebrows are messy and need tidying up. I know you’re trying to upsell and offer your waxing services but you don’t need to hurt my feelings in the process! For the record my eyebrows are completely fine but thanks for making me feel insecure about myself!

The staff is really lovely and professional, they treated my nails gently and nicely.
But now that I am out of the salon and look at the details of the work, I am really disappointed. The edges are all wonky and it does not look professional. Really disappointed, especially since I paid 70£ for extra gel buildup
