I have been coming here for over three years, even after I moved further away. I have always been pleased with the service, they are very fast and I am always happy with the quality of work, especially for the price! The appointment based system means you are never sat in a long queue waiting to be seen (although they do usually try to fit walk-ins in). I find the staff to be friendly, especially once they start to recognise you and will happily chat if you start a conversation but usually don't start up small talk if you don't, which I prefer tbh. The salon also has a nice atmosphere, it is always clean and tidy with some music playing. It is also very convenient that there is now an eyebrow/eyelash lady downstairs in the same building if you are trying to knock out a few beauty maintenance trips in one go. I think for a central London salon the pricing is very reasonable and I will continue to use this salon as long as I can!

I have been getting acrylic nails done at Haus of Colours for over a year. They are great! They have an extensive colour selection, are reasonably priced and the nail technicians are very skilled. I’m always delighted with my nails. I recommend getting chrome nails too!

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. They always make sure you are happy with the nails before you go. The quality is very good, no extra thick bulging misshaped nails ever! They last up to 4 weeks even for me. I have recently started getting Biap which is revolutionary!

The competency levels in this salon do not justify the pricing. Spa pedicure wasn’t diligently done, missed several nail care & exfoliation steps. Acrylic powder applied to big toes was lumpy. Acrylic on hands applied too close to the cuticle. Cuticles weren’t adequately prepped before hand either. Staff are very friendly though and the shop is clean, tidy and comfortable.

I love how they do nails here. I have been to various nail salons locally and here is the best and reasonably priced.

Be specific about what you would like…think about the shape, product, style and colour… and leave them to do their professional work and come out glowing!

The pricing is very good, the service was okay. I’ve been in twice for a shellac manicure and for a gel powder manicure, both were fairly disappointing. The shellac, the manicurist applied the wrong colour that I selected, and the finished nails were fairly chipped (she filed my nails after the top coat) and came off very quickly (within a week). The gel powder, my nails became sore and throbbing after the set was finished (my nails are not weak, but the manicurist was really rough with filing my nails) and the shape is inconsistent (I also asked for round but the manicurist was insistent I get square). Overall, I may have just gotten unlucky, but I don’t think I’ll go back unfortunately.

Staff is very rude and serviced is rushed. Heard the girl calling her customers stupid after they hang up. Very unprofessional. When I asked her why I’m being charged 60 pounds for mani pedi she started screaming. Please take your money elsewhere.
